Charity Hammond is one of 5 finalists in TextNovel/Dorchester contest with her chick lit inspired manuscript, TOSSING THE GLOVES. The winning serial manuscript will receive a $2,000 advance and will be published by Dorchester Publishing in November/December 2010.

Micheline McAllister is a semi-finalist for the ABC Disney TV Writing Fellowship.

Maureen McGowan inked a 2-book deal with Phoenix Press for her fairy tales with a twist series, CINDERELLA: NINJA WARRIOR and SLEEPING BEAUTY: VAMPIRE SLAYER.

Kari Townsend sold a 3-book deal to Faith Black with Berkley Prime Crime for her cozy mystery series, called The Fortune Teller Mysteries. The deal was made off just a proposal! She also signed a 3-book deal for an upper middle grade series.

Teri Wilson’s DO YOU HEAR WHAT I HEAR? is a finalist in the 2010 EPIC Book Awards (formerly the Eppies) in the paranormal romance category.
