Chick Lit: Women’s Fiction Markets and Tips!

Another great resource for chick lit discussions is the original Yahoo message board that is moderated by Deanna Carlyle. This group is for serious writers, editors and agents of commercial women’s fiction (chick lit, chick lit mysteries, lad lit, mainstream relationship stories, YA chick lit, girl buddy books, romantic suspense, romantic comedy/suspense, and the like). Many members are published in these genres. Many members are on the cusp of publication. Others of us are just starting out. Here, you’ll also find a chick lit writing challenge at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chicklitchallenge/ If you’d like to produce at least 25 pages a week for the rest of your writing life, feel free to join the chick-lit challengers.
